AI bid writing software that writes in your own style

TenderRender writes answers to quality questions from your past bids, shows where every passage comes from and fills in forms.

TenderRender is an AI tool that writes answers to tender quality questions from your own knowledge. It uses your past bids, CVs, certificates and company documents from your Library and writes in your house style, not in generic AI language. Colours show where each passage comes from: the tender, your team or wording by the AI. You then review the answer against the award criteria in the same project.

How it works

  1. TenderRender sets out what is asked: the quality questions, sub-criteria, page limits and requirements, with a source for each answer.
  2. You add what only you know. The AI asks targeted questions about your approach for this buyer, so the draft does not turn generic.
  3. TenderRender writes a draft from your Library and your Brain (your lasting company knowledge), in your own style.
  4. You refine it in the chat. Ask without changing anything, get suggestions you accept one by one, or let changes go straight in. Also in Word, with the Word add-in.
  5. You review it and export to Word in your own template.

What you get

  • Answers to quality questions, method statements and executive summaries from your own material.
  • Source colours per passage: blue comes from the tender, green from your team, yellow is worded by the AI.
  • Forms filled from your own documents. Signatures are never filled in automatically.
  • Export to Word in your own template, and infographics you place in your document.
  • Also RFPs, DDQs and security questionnaires with hundreds or thousands of questions, in Excel or Word, from your Library.

Why not just ChatGPT?

A general chatbot does not know your past contracts and fills gaps with plausible but invented facts. In quality answers, where every claim has to hold, that is a risk. TenderRender writes from your own documents and shows where each passage comes from, so you can check every claim. See also AI bid writing tools compared.

What TenderRender does not do

  • TenderRender does not submit anything. You submit through the tender platform yourself.
  • A source colour shows where a passage comes from, not that it is automatically correct. You check the content and the commitments.
  • The page count after export to Word is not guaranteed; check the layout in the final file.

Part of one platform

Writing sits in the same project where you break down the tender documents, draft clarification questions and review your bid. TenderRender works with Dutch, Belgian and German tenders.

Security and getting started

  • Sign-in with Microsoft or Google (SSO) and mandatory MFA.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI tool helps answer tender quality questions?

TenderRender writes answers to quality questions from your own past bids and documents, in your style, with a source colour per passage. You then review the answer against the award criteria in the same project.

Does TenderRender write in our own style?

Yes. TenderRender learns from your past bids and documents in the Library. Customers report 50 to 70 percent time savings on writing.

Can I keep working in Word?

Yes. With the Word add-in you work in Word with the same project and document context. You accept proposed changes yourself.

Where does the text come from?

TenderRender writes from the tender documents, your Library and your Brain. In the text you see three colours: blue comes from the tender, green from your team and yellow is worded by the AI. That shows which passages to check most carefully.
