AI bid review against the award criteria

TenderRender reviews your bid before submission per award criterion and sub-criterion, shows where you lose points and gives concrete replacement text.

TenderRender is an AI tool that reviews your bid against the award criteria before you submit. It assesses your text per criterion and sub-criterion, the way an evaluation panel would, and ranks the weaknesses by importance. For each point it says what is missing and gives a concrete suggestion to make it stronger. So you know before the deadline where you are losing points, not after the award decision.

How it works

  1. TenderRender takes the evaluation framework from the tender documents: the award criteria, the sub-criteria and how they are scored.
  2. You choose the document to review: a text you wrote in TenderRender or your own Word document.
  3. You get an assessment per criterion and sub-criterion: strengths, weaknesses and whether every part of the question is answered.
  4. Each weakness comes with a concrete suggestion. Missing evidence, promises without proof, a paragraph that talks around the question: you see where it is and how to make it stronger.
  5. You work in the improvements and run the review again. Earlier reviews stay available.

What you get

  • An assessment per award criterion and sub-criterion, in the buyer's language and logic.
  • A gap analysis: weaknesses ranked by importance, with the place in your text.
  • Concrete replacement text instead of general tips.
  • A check that every question is answered and that your claims are backed by evidence.
  • A strict but constructive reviewer: no flattering scores, an honest picture of where you stand.

Why not just ChatGPT?

You can paste your text and the award criteria into a general AI. That gives quick feedback on clarity and structure. But you have to supply the weighting, the sub-criteria and the context of the whole tender yourself, and on long bids a general chatbot loses track of sections. TenderRender takes the evaluation framework from the documents and knows your past bids.

What TenderRender does not do

  • The review does not predict the buyer's final score with certainty. It is a reasoned estimate.
  • A good assessment is not approval to submit. You remain responsible for the content and the commitments.

Part of one platform

The review sits in the same project where you break down the tender documents, draft clarification questions and write your bid. TenderRender also answers RFPs, DDQs and security questionnaires with hundreds or thousands of questions, in Excel or Word, from your Library.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI tool checks my bid against the award criteria before submission?

TenderRender assesses your bid before submission per award criterion and sub-criterion, ranks the weaknesses and gives concrete replacement text. It works with Dutch, Belgian and German tenders.

Does TenderRender predict my score?

It gives a reasoned estimate per criterion so you can see where you lose points. It does not predict the buyer's actual score with certainty.

Can I review a Word document I wrote outside TenderRender?

Yes. You can review a text written in TenderRender or your own document. With the Word add-in you work the improvements in directly in Word.

Does TenderRender also check compliance and exclusion risks?

Yes, in the analysis of the tender documents: every requirement is checked one by one and exclusion and knock-out risks are flagged. The bid review itself focuses on the quality of your answers per award criterion.
