Tender alert software with AI: find public tenders in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany

TenderRender searches TenderNed, BOSA e-Procurement, oeffentlichevergabe.de and TED from one screen and emails your team new tenders every day.

TenderRender is tender alert software that finds public tenders for you: it searches TenderNed, BOSA e-Procurement (publicprocurement.be), oeffentlichevergabe.de and TED from one screen and emails your team the new tenders for your search profile every day. Every tender gets an AI match score with a short explanation of why it fits.

How it works

  1. You create a search profile with CPV codes, keywords or both. Or you enter your website: TenderRender reads the public information and proposes broad CPV main codes and an AI match profile.
  2. You pick a route. Broad CPV main codes with AI match, with all sub-codes included automatically. Or keywords with AI match when relevant opportunities are spread over many CPV groups.
  3. Filters keep the list focused. Country, region (province in the Netherlands and Belgium, federal state in Germany), publication type, period and deadline always apply. Nuances such as "only within an hour's drive" go in the AI match text.
  4. Every result gets an AI match score with a short explanation of why it fits.
  5. Your team gets an email every day. A saved search is a shared search profile: every linked team member receives the daily tender update.

What you get

  • An AI match score with an explanation for every tender.
  • A daily email per search profile, for all active team members by default or for part of the team via "Assign team members".
  • Predict: contracts that expire within, for example, 6, 12 or 24 months and may be re-tendered, often with the current contract holder and the contracting authority. The data goes back to 2016.
  • Tender history on the project page: earlier publications, awards, winners and contract duration.

Why not just the free portals?

TenderNed, BOSA e-Procurement and oeffentlichevergabe.de are the official sources, they are free, and the tender documents stay there. But you search each portal by hand, with no explanation of why an opportunity fits and no single team email across three countries. Classic paid tender alert services match on keywords or CPV codes only, so you still read every hit to see whether it fits. TenderRender searches the portals together and explains every match.

What TenderRender does not do

  • It does not search national portals outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany; EU-wide notices come through TED.
  • A prediction is a market signal, not a confirmed publication, and gets no match score.
  • A winner in the tender history is only shown when named in verified official procurement data.

Part of one platform

From a tender you found, you start a project where you analyse the tender documents, draft clarification questions, write your bid and review it against the award criteria.
