Do you win more proposals with TenderRender?
That is the question we hear most often during demos. For a long time, we did not have an honest number to give. We could see teams analyzing faster, writing more deliberately, and reviewing more often, but not what that meant when the award decision arrived. So we began counting the outcomes of completed proposals where TenderRender had been used to write or review.
For every hundred completed proposals with a known outcome, these teams won 49. Software does not win a contract; people do. TenderRender helps them analyze the solicitation consistently, write to the evaluation criteria, reuse proven evidence, and review more often before the deadline. That is the work behind the 49%.
Observed win rate across completed projects with a known outcome
Estimated average company contract award rate
TenderNed does not publish an average win rate. Its benchmark does show how many companies fall into each win-rate group. To turn that into one comparison figure, we took the midpoint of each range and weighted it by the number of companies in that group. This gives 36.7%, rounded to 37%. It covers digital municipal submissions from 2017 to 2025 by companies with at least five submissions. That makes 37% a useful reference point, but not exactly the same measurement as the TenderRender customer figure. View the official benchmark.
Which outcomes did we count?
We included projects where a team used TenderRender to write or review at least once. A project only counts once the outcome is known: won or lost. Formula: the number of won projects divided by all won and lost projects. Source: the outcomes customers recorded for their completed projects in TenderRender.
Winning still takes expertise. TenderRender helps teams apply it consistently.
Start from proven knowledge
Teams build on strong past proposals, evidence, case studies, and differentiators. Not a blank page, but a head start.
Answer what will be scored
Every section stays tied to the solicitation, the evaluation criteria, and the source documents that decide the award.
Review before submission
Teams catch missing evidence, inconsistent claims, and weak answers while there's still time to strengthen the proposal.
What teams do differently with TenderRender
The 49% does not come from one clever button. Teams win because they apply their expertise better and more consistently. TenderRender helps them clarify requirements earlier, focus answers on the evaluation criteria, reuse proven evidence, and review a draft more often while there is still time to improve it.
We update the percentage as customers complete more projects and record the outcome. That way, the measurement grows with the number of proposals won and lost.
