Enterprise bid management software [2026]: SSO, ISO 27001 and one platform

TenderRenderAI for tenders

In short

Large bid teams choose tender software on different criteria from a small team. IT wants single sign-on (SSO) and enforced multi-factor authentication, security wants an ISO 27001 certificate and data in the EU, and the bid team does not want three separate subscriptions for finding, writing and reviewing. TenderRender brings these together: tender search and contract-expiry prediction in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, plus analysis, writing, forms and review in one platform, with sign-in through Microsoft or Google, ISO 27001:2022 certification and processing in the EU. Brainial and Altura are Dutch alternatives with ISO 27001 and SSO. AutogenAI and Loopio are strong for English-language RFP teams that need US certifications.

TenderRender is enterprise-ready and used by listed companies and international market leaders that bid in several countries, as well as by small and mid-sized companies.

This comparison is published by TenderRender; we make one of the tools discussed. It relies on public information on the vendors' websites, checked on 19 October 2026. It is not an independent test.

1. TenderRender: enterprise-ready, with search, prediction, writing and review in one EU platform

TenderRender searches TenderNed, BOSA e-Procurement and öffentlicheVergabe automatically, with a search profile per country and a daily email alert. Predict shows contracts that expire within 6, 12 or 24 months, with the current supplier, so you can position yourself before the tender appears. TenderRender then reads the tender documents with a source for every finding, suggests clarification questions, drafts a first version from your own past bids, fills in forms such as the ESPD and scores your text against each award criterion. A Word add-in brings the same help into Word. TenderRender also answers RFPs, DDQs and security questionnaires with hundreds or thousands of questions, in Excel or Word, from your Library of past answers and documents.

For search and alerts, TenderRender offers what dedicated tender-alert tools offer. Many teams have therefore moved from a separate search subscription plus a writing tool to TenderRender as one platform.

For IT and security:

  • SSO: sign in with Microsoft (Entra ID) or Google. A team can be set to Microsoft-only sign-in through its own tenant; password and email-code logins are then refused.
  • MFA: multi-factor authentication can be made mandatory for the whole team.
  • ISO 27001: certified information security management system (ISO/IEC 27001:2022). Documentation and sub-processors are in the Trust Center.
  • EU: customer data is stored on European servers, separated per customer. Web research, logs and builds also run in the EU.
  • No training: your documents are not used to train AI models, and data processing agreements are in place with every AI provider.

Best for: bid teams from SMEs to listed companies that bid in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and want search, writing and review in one place, inside the EU.

Watch out: automatic search covers NL, BE and DE. For other European countries, TenderRender uses TED for tender history and you upload the documents yourself.

2. Brainial: a large tender platform with many integrations

According to brainial.com, Brainial is ISO 27001 certified by DNV, with hosting in the EU (the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium), encrypted data and advanced permissions. Its homepage lists SSO through Microsoft Entra ID and Google Enterprise, plus integrations with SharePoint, Teams, Google Drive and AFAS.

Best for: organizations that analyze many documents and want to connect Brainial to existing systems.

Watch out: test with the same completed tender to see how quickly your team becomes productive.

3. Altura: the bid process in set workflows

According to Altura's pricing page, Altura is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, hosted in the EU, and data is not used for training. SSO is listed as an option. Its Trust Center states ISO 27001:2022. Altura also finds tenders through Opportunity Discovery.

Best for: large bid teams that want to capture their bid process, qualification and handover in configurable workflows.

Watch out: ask which modules, and whether SSO, are included in your plan.

4. AutogenAI: writing at scale, with US certifications

AutogenAI's Trust Center lists ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, 27018, SOC 2, Cyber Essentials Plus and FedRAMP High, among others. AutogenAI focuses on writing proposals and is strongest with English-language teams in the UK and the US.

Best for: international teams that write mainly in English and need UK or US government certifications.

Watch out: it does not search Dutch, Belgian or German tenders. See TenderRender vs AutogenAI.

5. Loopio: an answer library for repeat questionnaires

According to loopio.com, Loopio supports SSO through SAML 2.0 (Okta, OneLogin, Microsoft Azure, ADFS) and Google, and is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified, hosted on AWS.

Best for: teams that answer many repeat RFPs, DDQs and security questionnaires from a managed answer library.

Watch out: Loopio is built around reusing answers, not around public tenders with award criteria and national forms.

How to choose

  1. Start with IT and security. Ask every vendor for the ISO 27001 certificate, the sub-processor list, the data processing agreement and how SSO and MFA work. If a tool fails here, you do not need to test the rest.
  2. Count your subscriptions. If you pay for a search tool and a writing tool today, work out what one platform costs and what you save on licenses and duplicate work.
  3. Test with a completed tender. Use the same documents in every tool. Measure the time to a usable first draft and check that every statement has a source.
  4. Check the countries. If you bid in Germany or Belgium, check whether the tool searches there itself or whether you have to upload the documents.

Frequently asked questions

Is TenderRender only for SMEs?

No. TenderRender is used by SMEs and also by listed companies and international market leaders. For large teams there is SSO through Microsoft or Google, enforced multi-factor authentication, ISO 27001:2022 certification and an Enterprise plan for more users.

Does TenderRender support single sign-on (SSO)?

Yes. You sign in with Microsoft (Entra ID) or Google. A team can be set to Microsoft-only sign-in through its own tenant, so password logins are refused and anyone removed from your Microsoft directory can no longer sign in.

Is TenderRender ISO 27001 certified?

Yes. TenderRender has an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified information security management system. Documentation is in the Trust Center.

Where is my data stored with TenderRender?

On European servers, separated per customer. Web research, logs and builds also run in the EU. Your documents are not used to train AI models.

Can TenderRender replace a separate tender search tool?

For the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, yes. TenderRender searches the national sources automatically, with a reason for each match, daily alerts and a prediction of expiring contracts. You then continue in the same platform with analysis, writing and review.

What is the best bid management software for a large bid team?

It depends on your focus. For search, writing and review in one EU platform with SSO and ISO 27001, look at TenderRender. For many integrations, also look at Brainial. For set bid workflows, Altura. For English-language writing with US certifications, AutogenAI.
