# TenderRender facts

> TenderRender is an AI bid-management platform for teams that find, analyse, write, review and manage public-sector tenders. It searches Dutch, Belgian and German tender sources, reads tender documents with a source citation for every finding, and drafts and reviews bids from your own previous work. People stay responsible for the final submission.

Last checked: 15 October 2026. This page lists only facts TenderRender publishes elsewhere on this site.

## What TenderRender does

TenderRender covers the tender process in three parts.

**Find and analyse** ([details](https://www.tenderrender.com/en-us/features/find))

- **Search and matching:** matches every tender from TenderNed (Netherlands), BOSA e-Procurement (Belgium) and öffentlicheVergabe (Germany) against a plain-language description of your company, with an explanation per match and a daily email alert.
- **Forecast:** contracts that expire within 6, 12 or 24 months, with the current supplier, as a market signal before the new tender is published.
- **Document analysis:** a briefing, key dates and every requirement taken verbatim from the tender documents, with knock-out requirements marked. Every finding links to the page it came from.
- **Clarification questions:** proposes questions for the clarification round (Nota van Inlichtingen in the Netherlands, Bieterfragen in Germany), with the reason and source location, ready to export to Excel.
- **Buyer research:** the contracting authority's policy, budgets, council documents and previous awards, with the web sources linked.
- **Tender history:** earlier notices and previous winners of the same buyer, from TED and the national platforms.

**Write and review** ([details](https://www.tenderrender.com/en-us/features/write))

- **Writing:** drafts a complete first version from the tender documents and your own previous bids, in your writing style. A writing assistant suggests changes that you accept or reject one by one.
- **Forms:** fills Word, PDF and Excel forms, such as the ESPD and reference forms, using only facts it can verify in your documents. Fields it cannot support stay empty for you to check. For exclusion grounds it can enter a provisional answer, and it can fill a known place and today's date; these go on a checklist that you confirm before signing.
- **Review:** scores your text per award criterion and sub-criterion, lists weaknesses by severity and gives a concrete suggestion for each. The score is a second opinion, not a prediction of the evaluation panel.
- **Formatting and Word:** places the bid in your own Word template. A Microsoft Word add-in brings the same help into Word on the web and Word desktop for Windows and Mac. The add-in needs an organisation account set up by TenderRender.

**Manage** ([details](https://www.tenderrender.com/en-us/features/manage))

- **Library:** previous bids, case studies, references and certificates, searchable by meaning. The AI draws on it for every suggestion.
- **Brain:** short documents with your writing style, way of working and lessons learned, which the AI uses as fixed context.
- **Planning and board:** dates from the tender documents in one plan, exportable to your calendar, and a board with one card per tender.

## Who it is for

- Bid managers, proposal managers, tender writers, reviewers and business-development teams at organisations that regularly answer public tenders.
- Not the right fit if you respond to fewer than 5 tenders a year, do not write narrative sections, or compete on price alone.

## Countries and tender sources

| Country | Source used for search and alerts |
| ----------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| Netherlands | TenderNed |
| Belgium | BOSA e-Procurement (publicprocurement.be) |
| Germany | öffentlicheVergabe (oeffentlichevergabe.de) |

- Automated search and alerts cover these three countries. Tender history also uses TED, the EU's tender journal.
- You can upload the documents of any tender, including one found elsewhere, and work on it the same way.

## Languages

- Website and app: Dutch, German, British English and American English.
- The AI writes bids in Dutch, German, English (British or American), French and Italian. The writing language is set per account and can be changed per project.

## Security and privacy

- ISO 27001 certified information security management system (ISO/IEC 27001:2022).
- Customer data is stored on European servers and kept separate per customer.
- Your documents are not used to train AI models. Data processing agreements are in place with all AI providers.
- Processing in line with the GDPR. Security documentation and sub-processors: [Trust Center](https://app.eu.vanta.com/tenderrender.com/trust/wrvesw203hhipz8qnj3uf).

## Pricing

- Two plans: **Professional** and **Enterprise** (for larger teams with more users and advanced workflows).
- Prices are on request; the [pricing page](https://www.tenderrender.com/en-us/price) lists what each plan includes.
- 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Start with a [demo](https://www.tenderrender.com/en-us/demo).

## Customer results

- Used by 60+ bid teams.
- 200+ bid projects completed with TenderRender.
- **49% win rate (observed):** teams that wrote or reviewed with TenderRender won 49% of their completed tenders with a known outcome (won divided by won plus lost, as recorded by customers). This is a measurement, not a promise. [Method and caveats](https://www.tenderrender.com/en-us/customers/win-rate).
- **Form benchmark:** on ten known forms, 94% of the fields that could be filled from the company's library were filled correctly. Own measurement, not independent research. [Benchmark](https://www.tenderrender.com/en-us/customers/form-benchmark).
- Published customer stories: [Beter Bid](https://www.tenderrender.com/en-us/cases/anne-marieke-beter-bid), [Edulance](https://www.tenderrender.com/en-us/cases/hidde-kollenburg-edulance), [SMB Willems](https://www.tenderrender.com/en-us/cases/niels-staverman-smb-willems) and [Novon](https://www.tenderrender.com/en-us/cases/novon-schoonmaak).

## What TenderRender does not do

- It does not submit bids or send clarification questions to the buyer. You submit through the buyer's procurement portal yourself.
- It never signs documents. Signatures and initials stay empty.
- It does not fill facts it cannot find in your documents; those fields stay empty for you. Provisional answers (for example on exclusion grounds) are marked for you to confirm.
- It does not find tenders that are not published anywhere.
- It has no public API or MCP server. The app requires a login.
